Well With most people who have the condition I do I am severely over weight. I need to loose about 80-90 pounds. SO I have started my weight loss kick. I am drinking lots of water, eating lots of fruit and veggies and less carbs. Less Greasy fatty foods. I am not starving myself, I am making sure that i have lots of stuff to snack on. For a snack this morning I had an apple, for this afternoons snack I had some fat free caramel rice cakes.
I really want to look thin. I know tha tloosing the weight will put less stress on my already unhealthy and struggling body. So perhaps this will lessen my pain.
